In weekend from 18 to 20 November 2016 in Naples there will be some events for children which will also appeal to families because the atmosphere that reigns during the preparations for Christmas involves young and old alike.
For example, at the Parco degli Uccelli, the Santa's Village where children will feel like they are living in a fairy tale with the elves in the enchanted forest, while the Christmas festival M'Illumino d'immenso has been set up in Sorrento.
On the occasion of World Children's Day at the Mostra d'Oltremare the theatrical representation "The Little Prince" will take place while on the occasion of the Feast of the tree there will be many activities, the plant market and the children's concert.
At the Botanical Garden, the little ones can listen to the stories of trees and children.

Feast of the tree
La 2016 Tree Festival come back toBotanical Garden, the theme of this edition will be "The tree in poetry, art and popular tradition". In the program there are many activities: gardening workshops, educational activities, the flea market of plants, fruits, natural and artisanal products and the concert of the musical band of the Montesanto district.

World Children's Day
Al Theater of the Little, at the Mostra d'Oltremare, will be represented Il Piccolo Principe, a story by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, on the occasion of World Children's Day. The story traces the human adventure from childhood to adulthood, a parable about friendship, love, fear, courage, death and hope. The techniques used are those of actor theater and puppets.
But there will also be other initiatives for this special day: at the Capodimonte Museum there will be the Treasure hunt to the discovery of the works of art and to the Pietrarsa Museum a cast of professional actors will represent the fairy tale by Peter Pan.

Autumn fairy tales at the Botanical Garden
The Botanical Gardens return to the Botanical Garden Autumn Tales 2016. The greatest masterpieces of children's and children's literature will be staged.
