2017 chocolate festival in Cava de 'Tirreni with workshops and tastings
Tastings, stands and workshops with master chocolatiers at the 2017 Chocolate Festival in Cava de 'Tirreni!
The 18 and February 19 2017 the city of Cava de 'Tirreni, in the province of Salerno, will host the Chocolate Festival.
The master chocolatiers of the National Association Choco Amore, through detailed explanations and the support of photographic documentation, will strive to make known and to appreciate all the processing of this delicious product.
They will be set up stand with handicraft products, to spread the culture of pure chocolate and made without preservatives in order to maintain the original genuine taste. For this reason, the experts in the sector will hold educational workshops open to all, in which the art that hides behind the packaging of a good product will be shown.
Furthermore, there will be entertainment and fun to brighten the atmosphere of the event.
