La Festival of Mozzarella 2018 of Cancello and Arnone will be unmissable for all lovers of the most famous and appreciated dairy.
The 4 and 5 on August 2018, the suggestive location of Gate and Arnone (CE) will host the long-awaited Mozzarella Festival, reached its 41esenth edition The territory is considered as the heart of the Buffalo mozzarella original. It is calculated that in Cancello and Arnone there are as many as eight buffaloes for each inhabitant. There will be shows e food and wine tours all to be experienced, with the opportunity to take typical dishes based on the famous dairy product.
There will be products belonging to the fashion, cosmetics and beverage sectors, all characterized by the use of milk and whey.
The event was organized by Pro Loco of Cancello, with the patronage of the Municipality and of the local dairies Agnena, D'Angelo, Di Benedetto, Fontana Ramata, I Prati del Volturno, La Cancellese and La Regina del Mazzoni.

August 4th
The party will open in the council chamber of the municipality at 18.3o with the conference "Not just Mozzarella. The Buffalo an animal to be protected ", with the presence of the mayor of Cancello Raffaele Ambrosca and the interventions of various politicians and experts in the sector. The closure will be entrusted to the Governor of Campania Vincenzo De Luca. In the evening, starting from 21, Palco del Gusto the event will be inaugurated, with the showgirl Paola Di Benedetto as godmother.
August 5th
20 there will be the chef's cooking show Michele Pirozzi, with several protagonists of Master Chef and the management of the journalist Peppe Iannicelli. In the meantime, citizens and tourists can immerse themselves in a exhibition route of 2 kilometers, from Via Roma to the Gate to the Palco del Gusto.
