Nature, markets, shows and many surprises will be the protagonists of the "Tree Festival"!
From 20 to 22 of November 2015, L 'Botanical Garden University of Naples "Federico II" will host the "Festival of the Tree", the extraordinary event dedicated to the environment and fun.
The initiative, now in its fifth edition, will immerse adults and children in a rich schedule of appointments and activities dedicated to urban green heritage, its importance and its protection.
The theme of the party will be the wood, whose value will be addressed in an interesting one educational trip among the most widespread trees in the world cultivated in the Neapolitan Botanical Garden.
Furthermore, there will be many events and entertainment like treasure hunts, flash mobs, workshops, special plant and fruit markets, exhibitions, art, crafts, guided tours and entertaining folk dance shows and music.
A good opportunity to raise awareness of the respect for nature, to rediscover the value of the plant world and to improve the quality of life.
All surrounded by beautiful spaces of the botanical garden Neapolitan, one of the main green lungs of the city, where you can find plant specimens of all kinds and species and where nature reigns uncontaminated.
