Tastings, workshops and exhibitions at the Neapolitan cuisine festival at the Mostra d'Oltremare!

From the 15 17 December 2016 la Mostra d'Oltremare of Naples will host the Neapolitan cuisine festival, in which gastronomy becomes a gustatory pleasure but also a moment of sharing.

During the event the methods of preparation of dishes will be highlighted, in particular the intrinsic relationship between the physicality and the culture that is behind the whole supply chain. The tasting reveals, through the senses, the cultural heritage that each dish contains, respecting the dictates of the Mediterranean Diet.

The event includes the preparation, tasting and use of typical PDO, PGI products coming from the quality agri-food supply chain of the Campania Region. The dishes made are part of the Neapolitan culinary tradition revisited in a modern way.

In addition, some will be organized manipulation workshops experience food and non-food with experts and will be set up "Design in the table" exhibition, in which objects by designers will be exhibited to improve and make it more environmentally sustainable.

In this perspective we can not miss the combination of the precious Porcelain of Capodimonte and Cibo, with convivial artifacts of the enogastronomic and artistic tradition of the last two centuries.
