Fairy tales, magic and natural scenery will be the ingredients of the 2016 Spring Fairy Tales at the Botanical Garden of Naples!
From the 12 March 2016, the fragrant garden dell'Botanical Garden of Naples will be the setting for the theatrical performances of the 2016 Spring Tales.
Appointments are always eagerly awaited by children who, accompanied by their families, attend gods dream shows, in which the fictional characters become real thanks to the interpretation of young actors who transport them to an enchanted world, created in the natural spaces of the place with itinerant and interactive exhibits.
The programming consists of many fairy tales loved by adults and children who approached reading during childhood with these books that have become classics of international literature. Among them there are Alice, Arthur and Merlin e two cycles of stories dedicated to the people of the forest and to wisdom.
The stable project, which has an educational objective as well as entertainment, as it will relate children with the surrounding natural environment, is conceived by the I Teatrini Association in collaboration with the “Federico II” University.

The people of the forest
12-13 and 19-20 March
The funny inhabitants of the forest accompany us in their world, rich in natural beauties to protect and will tell us stories, myths and curiosities about the life of the wood.
Like Alice ...
2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 April
Like Alice ...
The strange characters of Alice in Wonderland help us to find Alice who mysteriously disappeared in the woods.
Arthur and Merlin
14, 21, 28 May and 4, 5 June, 11 and 12 June
The two characters will make us explore the secrets of the natural world, to which the young Arthur is introduced by the powerful Wizard, his teacher and tutor. There will also be witches graduated in Benevento, the city of witches.
The Fables of Wisdom
7, 8, 14, 21 and 28 may
Fairy tales will be told with 'the final moral' such as The fox and the grapes, the fox and the stork, the wolf and the lamb, the fox and the raven, the cicada and the ant, the hare and the tortoise, the animals sick with pest, the wolf and the crane.
