In the location of the Mostra d'Oltremare, on 18 and 19 April 2015 the usual course will take place Barter and second-hand fair organized by the Bidonville association, with the aim of returning and re-using disused or out-of-fashion items, but which are still in good condition.
The exhibitors are simple citizens who want to empty, for example their cellars, and barter their used items, but also collectors and artisans. There will be around 700 stand grouped by four thematic areas: crafts, modern art, collectibles, antiques.
The barter and second-hand fair always attracts many visitors because it offers particular goods and offers interesting ideas for DIY lovers. Objects that would commonly be disposable acquire a new and original shape, while the older ones are modernized, becoming precious antiques over time.
Bidonville is therefore not 'a waste container' but rather of regenerative ideas, with a careful look at energy savings, alternative energy and environmental damage caused by the problem of waste disposal, as the stands and the various installations of the structure will be built with low consumption materials.
Furthermore, the fair becomes an important one earning opportunity for those who have suffered from the economic crisis and from the spread of industrial production.
