The final of 12 Masterchef it's finally here! In the race they remain four chefs: Bubu, Edoardo, Hue and Mattia. In the last episode two competitors were eliminated, Roberto and Sara, one step away from the final evening.

Who are the 4 finalists of Masterchef 12
Bubu, Antonio Gargiulo – student
Bubu, so called by all his friends, is only 19 years old and is a university student of Archaeological Sciences, faculty he abandoned to pursue his dream of becoming a chef during his Masterchef adventure.
He has always had an imprint with the kitchen since childhood, when grandmothers prepared traditional dishes for the whole family.
For Bubu, cooking is freedom of expression and a way to have fun.
Edoardo Franco – unemployed
Edoardo is an original, brilliant and absolutely unpredictable as well as never banal. He has never studied, indeed he has always spent himself in many different jobs, nor has he had the opportunity to experiment with particular techniques. But it always shows curious and lover of the new, in fact he always tries to find out about everything that surrounds him.
The passion for cooking was born at a young age and it seems that risottos and Mexican cuisine are his trump card.
He has another great passion: music, and enjoys producing it as Franco Carisma. Edoardo has lived in many European cities in constant search of redemption and decided to participate in Masterchef Italia in search of the path to fulfilment.
He lived for years in Edinburgh, Milan and Sweden.
Hue Dinh Thi – project assistant
Hue is a girl Vietnamese who has managed to blend her origins, her past and her culture in her dishes.
He has lived in many Italian cities for study and work, developing a visceral connection with Italian cuisine. Hue has shown a lot of sensitivity and an intense character shy and vulnerable, yet a maturation in this sense was noted during the experience at Masterchef, which seems to have made her more confident.
Mattia Tagetto – wine shop manager
Mattia is from Bolzano and defines himself as polemical and often presumptuous, defects to which he corresponds completely divergent qualities, namely cordiality and availability. Defects that he, in reality, he has never shown in the course of the episodes.
He attended the hotel, to then be specialized as a sommelier and subsequently became the manager of a small wine shop. His passion for cooking is one of the gifts his mother left him, passed away in 2016.
During the last few episodes, Mattia's cooking has found a starting point towards the Italian gastronomic tradition, while always looking with an attentive eye towards cultures from all over the world, with an interest developed following his travels to Burma, Vietnam and Srilanka.
The advances on the ending of Masterchef 12
The guest of honor of the evening will be the three-starred chef Clare Smith.
Each competitor remaining in the competition will have to demonstrate their talent with a "starred" menu to be presented to the Judges.
Furthermore, one of the participants will be forced to leave the Masterchef kitchen, without the possibility of entering the final.
It will be an evening full of tension as one of the contestants will be crowned as the twelfth Italian Masterchef.
Masterchef 12 final predictions
As we get ready to find out which of the four finalists is the winner of Masterchef 12, we can make an estimate as to who could prevail.
The favorites according to many they appear to be are Hue and Bubu, while Edoardo, although he has shown a remarkable talent in the latest installments, he can be considered the outsider of the competition due to his unpredictability.
As for Mattia, he seems to have stayed a little further back compared to its rivals.
