Argentine tango, flamenco and traditional Neapolitan music in a magical marriage in the striking setting of the Maschio Angioino

The next August 5th, 2014 you can spend a splendid and original evening under the banner flamenco, Argentine tango and Neapolitan musical tradition that will mix to give life to a special event included in the event Summer in Naples 2014.

Flamenco Tango Neapolis, will present, in the evocative setting of the Maschio Angioino, the show Viento - From Naples to Seville… to Buenos Aires, to be held Tuesday 5 August at 21: 00. It is an unprecedented artistic project conceived and directed by Salvo Russo (Neapolitan musician and composer) in 2009 to contaminate flamenco and Argentine tango with traditional Neapolitan music.

To accompany the evening a musical ensemble consisting of a quartet of Neapolitan multi-instrumental musicians: piano, cello, guitars, violin, Arabic oud, percussion and two voices that will portray the colors of Naples, mixed with those of Andalusia and South America in a picture enriched by the magic of the baile.

Wind it will not be a simple dance and music show but it will represent a journey in music that starts from Naples to the discovery of an "other" South, its traditions, its energy and its emotions. In a magical and harmonious contamination that will make, for example, the piece Scalinatella, the muse that inspires the pasiòn flamenca, while Cerasella recreate the atmosphere of the Argentinean milongas e 'O Guarracino it will burst with all the energy of one Neapolitan Buleria in a real "flamenca juerga".

A unique and exclusive event that will involve, therefore, three "South", the Italian, the Spanish and the American, between bright, romantic and suggestive colors that reveal itself to the viewer through the art of music and dance, capturing their mind and the heart in a show to be experienced.
