Stop to the Chiaia funicular service scheduled for Wednesday 20 September 2017 due to functional checks and tests of the system.
La Chiaia Funicular will suffer a limitation of the hours of service on Wednesday 20 September 2017, when it will remain closed for most of the working day.
According to what was communicated a little while ago by ANM, the interruption of the Funicular runs will be due to the execution of checks and functional tests aimed at extending the Technical Nulla Osta. An intervention that will necessarily have to limit ordinary operation for a few hours of this means of transport used by many Neapolitans and tourists that easily reach the Vomero hill from the Chiaia Riviera and vice versa.
Specifically, the Chiaia Funicular will carry out its own last morning rush at 9.50 and will resume the regularity of the service in the afternoon, with the first run of the 18.00 hours until the end of the service, provided for the 22.00.
