In February, stop in Naples Fuudis Italia, the first tour that combines art and food and wine

The next 20 February 2015 will stop in Naples Fuudis Italy, started from Argentina and organized by Vignot Sabot (of Spanish origin): the first tour that combines art and food and wine.

In fact, not only will we go to know the beauties of Naples and the symbolic places of art in our historical center, but we will immerse ourselves in the local cuisine.
Three restaurants will offer a single menu of dishes, with the intent to make known, through the food and wine tasting, the Neapolitan culinary tradition.

In Naples the tour will be called The Streets of Saints, will take place at the Decumani and a tour guide will lead the participants among the monuments and restaurants in the historic center. The guided tour, in perfect spanish style, will begin with a fresh aperitif in the historic Berisio Library in Port'Alba, which will also serve a hot appetizer of the Campania tradition. From here we will continue among the buildings of the center, to arrive in Via Paladino in the Antica Spaghetteria Francesco e Maria Sofia, where we will eat spaghetti with mushroom eggplant, tomatoes, smoked provola, basil, pecorino and alternatively the vegetarian spaghetti "Michelina De Cesare ". They are prepared in honor of the famous Neapolitan brigantess, with turmeric, ginger flakes, peppercorns, zucchini julienne and carrots.

Finally, they will delight us at Tandem, with a second course: the inimitable meatballs with meat sauce and, for vegetarians, grilled provola and seasonal vegetables.

A unique experience that will give us the opportunity to know and share with new friends, with whom we will sit at the same table, the passion for art and good traditional cuisine, symbol of the identity of our land.
