The Gelato Festival arrives on the liberated promenade of Naples in the month of June. Gold Sponsor Nutella, with its inimitable taste that will complement traditional and original flavors
Il 2014 Festival Ice Cream, the event dedicated to the culture and creativity of ice cream, returns to Italy and beyond. The national stages exceed those in Europe, which are only five, and there is no shortage of the list Napoli. The event will take place at the Caracciolo seafront from 19 to 22 June 2014 and our city will be able to savor genuine and quality ingredients, Doc, Igp, organic products and also products produced by Neapolitan ice cream makers.
Not just simple tastes that have always conquered the gluttons, but also hazardous mix and spices that strangely meet ice cream, such as saffron, mint and licorice and poppy seeds that come to the taste of chestnut honey. Also present ice creams containing ingredients salted, like the bread of Genzano.
In the 2014 edition there will also be the Cocktail ice cream, realized in collaboration with Fabbri. The simple licking ice cream becomes a drink to sip!
Many flavors are available, such as Bitter Orange, fiordilatte ice cream, orange syrup and bitter syrup, Piña Colada, vanilla ice cream, passion fruit syrup and white rum. Moreover, during the event, the Mojito, with fiordilatte ice cream, white rum and lime and mint syrup, and Black Ice Amarena, based on vanilla ice cream, banana syrup and Amarena Fabbri.
Present even Nutella as a Gold Sponsor with its special ice cream to the true taste of Nutella, so not a trivial imitation!
Recall that a few days before, on the waterfront will also be organized Gelogustando.
The Gelato Card
The "Gelato Card" offers five tastings and a Cocktail Ice Cream and allows you to follow the courses, the Ice Cream Show Cooking in the Fb Village and to vote for your favorite taste.
The card is available at price of 12 euro, 10 euro for the under 18 and can be recharged. Adding another 7 euro, in fact, you are entitled to five more samples. The individual Cocktail Gelato cost 6 euro.
