Food, health and yoga will be the main themes of the Thursday of Wellness at the Duca di Martina Museum in Naples.
From 24 November 2016 to 25 May 2017, in various events, they return to Naples, in the Museo Duca di Martina in Villa Floridiana, Thursday of Wellness.
Every last Thursday of the month there will be some meetings dedicated to the nutritionists and chefs well-being of body and mind, in which the importance of a correct and healthy diet and the benefits of yoga practice will be highlighted.
During these interesting events we will talk about chocolate, dried fruit, vegetarian and vegan cuisine, of the different types of flour, green tea, tomato, olive oil and red wine, which are natural antioxidants.
At the end of the event there will be a guided tour of the Duca di Martina Museum in which will be shown various types of tableware functional to the subject matter and a tasty tasting presented by an expert in the field.

Olive oil: its different aromas and qualities with Alberto Ritieni, professor of Food Chemistry, Department of Pharmacy, UNINA.
May 25
The beneficial properties of red wine with Gilda Martusciello, producer.
