The museums in Campania reopen: the dates of Mann, Castel Sant'Elmo, Reggia di Caserta and others
Finally, even the Museums in Campania reopen to the public: here are the dates of the openings in the yellow area!
With the entry of our region in yellow zone, the regional director of Musei Campania Marta Ragozzino announced a wonderful news: the reopening of museums and gods state archaeological parks.
In particular, this reopening will take place according to a very specific plan which provides for theinitiation in the first week 19 of the 25 museums that are part of the network. You can then return to visit these places of culture every day, including weekends and holidays.
The museums that open in Campania
Open from April 26th
there will be the opening of Castel Sant'Elmo and Certosa and Museum of San Martino in Naples, the Archaeological Museum of Eboli and the Media Valle del Sele, of the archaeological area of the Roman Theater of Benevento and Palazzo Della Dogana dei Grani in Atripalda.
Open from April 27th
They will open the Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano, Archaeological Museum of ancient Allifae, the Charterhouse of San Giacomo in Capri, Pontecagnano Archaeological Museum, the Georges Vallet Museum in Piano di Sorrento, il Archaeological Museum of the Sarno Valley, and then again the Archaeological Museum of Nola, that of ancient Capua and that of Sannio caudino in Montesarchio.
From 28 April
Will be open to the public: the MANN in Naples with the exhibition on Gladiators, Museo Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes, Museo Novecento in Naples on the parade ground of Castel Sant'Elmo, Duke of Martina Museum in Villa Floridiana, the archaeological museums of Calatia in Maddaloni and Teano. Thursday will be the turn of the Charterhouse of San Lorenzo in Padula and on Saturday 1st May it will also open the Palace of Caserta.
Obviously during this period of closure the activities of the museums did not stop, but on the contrary the staff was engaged in realization of different and interesting projects.
From the 30 April
Reopens the Bourbon Gallery with underground paths both adventure and standard and caving.
From the 3 May
Monday May 3 the Madre Museum has also reopened.
