Caffè Gambrinus , the historic 19th-century Neapolitan café located on the famous Via Chiaia, has announced some wonderful news to its customers: a tasty new dessert named Follia by its creator, pastry chef Stefano.
Madness: how the new dessert is made
A video posted on the Caffetteria's Facebook page introduced Follia, the new house specialty. It's a new dessert, a mix of puff pastry and shortcrust pastry , filled with a delicious ricotta cream flavored with lemon and topped with diced oranges .

The new dessert's shape recalls the symbol of Naples, Mount Vesuvius , and it offers a pleasant, refreshing sensation, with an intriguing and decidedly summery flavor. Follia can be enjoyed at a table with cutlery, or in bites while strolling through the city streets.
