Back to Città della Scienza in Naples the appointment with Intrecci, the 2017 Mediterranean cuisine festival with shows, music and meetings.
Back to from the September 29 to the 1 October 2017 a City of Science in Naples Intrecci, the festival of Mediterranean cuisine and not just with a three day rich in music and shows.
The festival wants to introduce the Mediterranean from the food and the populations that live there.
There will therefore be tastings of ethnic foods and will be activated educational paths discovering the cultures starting from their typical dishes, both belonging to Mediterranean and non-Mediterranean peoples.
International Intrecci dishes
The dishes offered will be:
- Vinaigrette from Belarus
- To from Burkina Faso
- Coquito Acaramelado from Cuba
- Tajine from Morocco
- Balangu from Nigeria
- Falafel and Hummus from Palestine
- Somali rice from Somalia
- Nalysnyky from Ukraine
- Tabbouleh from Tobilì
Not just tastings, but also a review of documentaries and social cinema in collaboration with Terra di Tutti Film Festival and Sillumina project, Intrecci di Terre, e shows that will act as a showcase for emerging artists.
In the three days of the festival it will be possible visit the exhibition "I'm not here by chance" - images and texts on the life of migrants, edited by Paolo Messeca.
With a donation, which will go to the project Sos Sostenitori Ospedale Santobono, you will receive a coupon that will entitle you to three tastings and a drink.
