Joe Barbieri, Italian singer-songwriter, producer, record artist and author, il October 7, 2022 will celebrate i thirty years of his career artistic and on the occasion of this special event will perform in a show entitled Joe Barbieri & Friends, 30 years old, in Naples, in particular al Acacia Theater.
At the event, which will also be attended by many guests like Fabrizio Basso, Mario Venuti e Tosca, the artist will retrace his entire career and the songs that made him famous, as well as his debut pieces and songs not performed live.
It will be a cultured, passionate, delicate and cheerful repertoire for a truly unforgettable evening. On stage with him, there will be Pietro Lussu on piano, Bruno Marcozzi on percussion and drums and Daniele Sorrentino on double bass.
Who is Joe Barbieri
Joe Barbieri, pseudonym of Giuseppe Barbieri, was born in Naples on December 14, 1973. Always passionate about music, he joined some bands in his city, until he was discovered by the great Pino Daniele.
In 1992 he took part in the Castrocaro Festival and in 1994 and 2000 in Sanremo for the youth category. A few years later, in 2003, he founded the record company Microcosm Disks, beginning to release various songs that achieve great success.
In April of this year Joe writes the lyrics of the song Eternity which will be the soundtrack to the TV series The ignorant Fairies by Ferzan Ozpetek and releases a new single titled Future retrospective.
