Changes and prohibitions in the orange zone: Campania has changed color and, among the novelties, the reopening of all the shops is back.
Campania changes color and becomes the orange zone from Sunday 6 December 2020 (to be precise, from midnight on Saturday). The decision comes after the results of the monitoring of CTS, the Higher Institute of Health and the control room of the Ministry of Health, but always from the analysis of the data relating to a week earlier.
In fact, the mirror of analysis is that up to 29 November, which in any case speaks to us of a situation in which infections are slowly decreasing.
This is why Campania is now passing from a high risk situation to an intermediate risk (medium-high).
Among the other important factors that have been taken into account is theRt infectivity index which is now 0.74.
Orange zone: that's what changes
With the transition from the red zone to the orange zone bans and restrictions also change:
- during curfew it can be circulated only for proven work needs, situations of necessity or health reasons;
- it is forbidden to enter and leave one's municipality of residence or domicile; the only exceptions are always proven reasons for work, health and urgency. Instead, you can circulate within your own without self-certification;
- bars, pubs, restaurants, pastry shops and ice cream parlors are closed, but canteens and catering can remain open. Home delivery is allowed and, up to 22 pm, take-away;
- all the shops and also the shopping centers open. However, on holidays and days before holidays, they must be closed;
- is allowed face-to-face teaching to second and third grade students;
- è motor and sports activities are allowed in the outdoor community. Gyms and swimming pools remain closed;

All travel between regions will also be prohibited to reach second homes and you can only return to your place of residence or domicile. Furthermore, on 25 and 26 December and 1 January it will also be forbidden to leave one's own municipality
- From 7 January, high school and vocational schools return to face-to-face lessons for 75% of students
