The itinerant chocolate festival arrives in Benevento to give us four days of chocolate shows and tastings
29 from January to February 1 2015, in Benevento will be set up about twenty gazebos for the Festival of Chocolate traveling, which has already made stops in other Italian cities, enjoying a good success.
The absolute protagonist of the event, which is organized by the Chocoamore National Chocolatier Association, is the pure and artisanal chocolate, proposed in exquisite and unusual recipes by the most famous chocolatiers in Italy.
Visitors can taste the real chocolate, without preservatives or additives that alter the taste, in the gazebo exhibitors from different Italian regions, which boast a centuries-old production tradition of this sweet food that means food of the Gods.
To brighten the atmosphere and entertain the children, there they will be shows, mascots, games and free educational workshops on chocolate will be organized through stories that will trace the history and origins. Not everyone knows, for example, that the word cocoa, the chocolate plant, has existed for more than 6000 years and that the Maya and the Aztecs were great farmers and consumers, as they had already discovered their beneficial properties. Finally there will be tactile paths for the real knowledge of the product.
