Among the most awaited festivals in Campania, the celebration of Sirignano cutlet it is certainly a major event. After a long period of forced hiatus, the picturesque Municipality of Sirignano (Avellino) prepares to be reborn with great energy, announcing the official dates of the thirteenth edition of the famous food and wine festival.
The Pro Loco of Sant'Andrea, with enthusiasm, unveils the days on which the party will take place:
- Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 June 2023, starting at 20.00
- Friday 16 and Saturday 17 June 2023, Starting at 20.00
The button center of the event will be there Piazza Aniello Colucciwhere the festivities will take place. Here, the cutlet is prepared according to the traditional recipe by the skilled hands of the local housewives. But the menu promises much more!

Alongside the undisputed star of the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to savor other characteristic delicacies of the territory. Exquisite appetizers, excellent first courses and delicious desserts will accompany the tasting. You will not miss the tasty Raurinio pizza, made with cornmeal, and the inevitable Mountaineer. Naturally, everything will be accompanied by an excellent Irpinia wine.
Each evening will be animated by Latin American and Ballroom music, which will help create a festive and engaging atmosphere.
