The Tammorra dei Briganti returns to Giugliano in Campania with the parade of vintage floats!
From the 5 7 May 2017, in historical center of Giugliano in Campania, the XNUMXth edition of "Tammorra dei Briganti“, An event, organized by Liberal - Amateur Sports Cultural Association, which will unite the history, culture, music and food and wine of the South.
For three days we will talk about the history of the Brigands and yes they will rediscover ancient traditions, music and southern folk dances. There will be conferences, film screenings, performances by street artists, cultural interventions, exhibitions, parades, book presentations, theatrical performances, local craft markets and a themed food area.
Great wait for the famous parade during which brigands on horseback, wagons, carts and vintage carriages will parade along the course, while on the sides of the road musicians and dancers from tammuriata will perform to cheer up the party. It will be also an exhibition on the 300 years since the birth of King Charles of Bourbon sponsored by the Real Casa di Barbone.
Every day you will see three different concerts based on southern popular music of Southern Italy, in addition, a food area will be opened where stands will be positioned that will exhibit the food and wine products of Southern Italy.
In a moment of celebration so important even the little ones will have their own space, in fact a theme party will be held for children from 3 to 10 years with animation and disguises.
