The famous Blue Paradis guitar by Pino Daniele for sale at the Santobono Hospital and exhibited, together with others, at the Naples International Airport.
Starting yesterday, Tuesday 14 November 2017, e until 4 January 2018, for those who will be leaving at 'Naples International Airport, it will be possible to admire some splendid guitars belonging to Pino Daniele, exhibited in the central departures hall.
The special exhibition dedicated to the indulged and beloved Pino Daniele consists of a joint initiative for the Santobono pediatric hospital and organized by the "Sos Sostitori Santobono Hospital" non-profit organization and by Gesac, the company that manages the Naples airport, in collaboration with Campania Mia, the Catawiki online auction site and the Kimbo and Feudi sponsors of San Gregorio.
The two guitars on display are the famous one Blue Paradis, protagonist of many important concerts of the Neapolitan singer-songwriter, such as the opening of the album "Do not trample flowers in the desert", but also important occasions such as the Sanremo Festival and the 1995 Festivalbar, and the Fremwork, always belonging to the "happy lazarus". In addition to these two historical pieces are also exposed two other guitars made by the Neapolitan luthier Gianni Battelli and the Swiss Rulf Spuler.
The Pino Daniele guitars exhibition, for the first time exposed to the public, will also have the role of promoting the auction of the most representative auction, the Blue Paradis. A part of the proceeds, at the will of the owner of the instrument, a young Neapolitan musician and singer-songwriter who met Pino Daniele years ago, will be donated to the SOS Supporters Santobono Hospital Association Onlus for the "Sogni D'Oro" project (which donates furniture for hospital rooms for young patients).
