Among the protagonists of the Salotto del Gusto, about 30 truck shops they offer food prepared using only quality ingredients to churn out dishes from every corner of the world, literally every corner. Fried, baked, roasted, steamed and made foods following all sorts of preparations.

The whole event spins Italy and in each city it also focuses on food local, but obviously not only. Let's find dishes from France, Sweden, Holland and South America and many, if not all, places of the entire globe.
