The international Street Food in Grottaminarda with food from all over the world
After the great success of the Benevento and Salerno stages, the International Street Food Festival is preparing to delight fans of street food a grottaminarda. The event, scheduled from 31 March to 2 April 2023, will be held in the atmospheric Piazza San Pio and it will be at the entrance price quotation, offering an unmissable dining experience.
A journey through flavors and cultures
Il Festival, organized by the AIRS (Italian Association of Street Restaurateurs), showcases the culinary traditions from all over the world through its many truck, ready to serve dishes prepared with high quality ingredients. Visitors will have the opportunity to savor not only the local specialties of Campania, but also those from all over the world, as from countries like France, Sweden, Holland and South America.
A selection of international delicacies
It will be difficult to draw up a complete list of all the street food preparations present at Festival, but some must-try tastings include appetizers like arancini Sicilians, cheese in tempura and morsels of mozzarella cheese dipped in peppers.
Among the dishes based on meat and fish, visitors will be able to taste the Argentine meat, the Apulian bombette, the crocodile or kangaroo meat, Angus skewers and octopus sandwich with cherry tomato and mozzarella shredded. Furthermore, there will be Mexican specialties such as tacos and the classic Neapolitan fried pizza with salami and mozzarella.
Craft beers and typical sweets
The Festival is not limited only to savory dishes: visitors will be able to delight themselves with a vast selection of typical Italian and international desserts. In addition, it will be possible to taste homemade beers produced by Italian and international microbreweries, thus completing the gastronomic experience offered by the event.
