THEInternational Street Food will be held in Maddaloni, in the province of Caserta, from The 14 16 April 2023. Organized byAIRS (Italian Association of Street Restaurateurs), the festival celebrates the richness of culinary traditions from around the world.
The festival offers a wide range of international dishes served by numerous trucks. Visitors will be able to savor specialties not only from Campania, but also of countries such as France, Sweden, Holland and South America.
Appetizers and main courses from all over the world
It is not possible to list all the delicacies present at the festival, but the appetizers stand out Sicilian Arancini, tempura caciocavallo and morsels of mozzarella breaded in peppers.
As for meat and fish dishes, you can taste the Argentine meat, pugliese bombette, the meat of crocodile o kangaroo, angus skewers and octopus sandwich with cherry tomato and mozzarella shredded. Finally, Mexican specialties such as i tacos and the classic Fried Pizza Napoletana with salami and mozzarella.
Craft beers and typical desserts to conclude
The festival does not forget the gourmands, offering a huge selection of typical Italian and international desserts. In addition, it will be possible to taste homemade beers produced by Italian and international microbreweries, to complete the gastronomic experience offered by the event.
