Lumina in Castro, guided tour theatrically to the Lancellotti Castle
Lancellotti Castle will be the location for a special guided tour that will tell the events that took place in 1799
From 28 to 30 August 2015, Lancellotti Castle of Lauro will be the protagonist of "Lumina in Castro", the special guided tour that will revive the fire in the 1799.
The initiative, organized by the cultural recreational association Pro Lauro and the Festa Santi Patroni 2015 committee, will revive the history, the tragedies and the fire that destroyed the fief.
The visit will be interpreted by actors in period costumes who will interpolate the main characters, such as Scipione IV Lancellotti, Princess Barbara Donà, the notable Casimiro Bonavita, the brave Maria Longo and many other faces that have made the story of Lauro.
There will also be entertainment shows, historical parades, gastronomy and simulations to entertain anyone who will participate.
Now in its XNUMXth edition, “Lumina di Castro”, like every year, will also be an excellent opportunity to get to know the beauties of the Lancellotti Castle.
