It will open next year, in 2023, the great Maximall Pompeii, the shopping center will be located in the former Italtubi area of Torre Annunziata, not far from the Archaeological Park of the city of Pompeii.
The works carried out with funding of over are currently continuing 170 million euro and it will probably be the largest shopping center in Southern Italy.
The project, promoted by the Irgen Group, is really crazy and the idea is to create a tourist and commercial hub, for the redevelopment of the area, already rich in history and culture, and to offer work well 1500 employees.
M 4-star hotel, auditorium, theater and much more
The entire shopping center will occupy an area of 200 thousand square meters and within it there will be several shops, distributed on two levels, with 200 brands, national and international brands. The roof will be entirely made of glass, and this will allow guests a very special shopping experience.
Not only shops, because within the complex there will also be a 4 star hotel managed by the Marriot Bonvoy Group with 135 rooms, auditorium on an area of 3000 square meters with 1100 seats, a cinema with 8 screens, a theater, a conference room, 30 restaurants.
And then one more external square-amphitheater for events of 6500 square meters which will host the dancing fountain with a jet of 25 meters high, a second one internal multimedia square, parking with 5000 spaces and 30 tourist buses.
Finally, there will also be a green park equipped with 50.000 square meters with a coverage of 6000 square meters where you can do physical activity, you can relax and admire the wonderful Gulf of Naples.
