The Metro Line 2 of Naples will be closed for works on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 September 2016.
The next Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 September 2016, due to urgent and important upgrading of the entire line, is suspended circulation of the trains of the Metro 2 Line of Naples that connect the Campi Flegrei station with that of San Giovanni-Barra.
The works in question will serve to speed up the line, improve accessibility to the Piazza Garibaldi station and build a new underpass in via Vigliena.
During these two days, there will be necessary changes in service and stops, for this reason all trains from and for Castellammare di Stabia, Nocera and Salerno they will arrive and leave momentarily from the San Giovanni-Barra station.
We communicate, however, that the trains in the Pozzuoli-Campi Flegrei section will operate regularly.
ANM bus and shuttle upgrade
To make up for the disruption, some ANM lines will be upgraded and a shuttle bus will be activated.

The 151 bus line (P.le Tecchio - Garibaldi section) will make the first useful ride from Piazza Garibaldi at 6.00 am and the last one at 23 pm, leaving every 30 minutes during peak hours (15 - 09 : 00 and 13:00 - 17:00).
bus 650
Line 650 (from Piazza Garibaldi to Piazza Vittoria), also useful for reaching the Lungomare Caracciolo on the occasion of Naples Pizza Village, will start with 20 minutes from 8.00 to 23.30.
Trenitalia shuttle
The connections of the travelers between the station of Naples Central and that of San Giovanni-Barra will be carried out with a Trenitalia shuttle bus so as not to hinder the daily movements of numerous commuters.
