Vivienne Westwood died today, peacefully and surrounded by her family, in Clapham, south London.
Vivienne continued to do the things she loved, until the very last moment, drawing, working on her art, writing her book and changing the world for the better. She has led an extraordinary life. Her innovation and impact over the past 60 years has been immense and will continue into the future.
Vivienne considered herself a Taoist. She wrote: “Spiritual system of the Tao. Never like today there is a need for the Tao. The Tao gives you a sense of belonging to the cosmos and gives purpose to your life; it gives you a sense of identity and strength that you know you are living the life you can and should live: make full use of your character and make full use of your life on earth.”
The world needs people like Vivienne to change for the better.

The choice of Naples for the shots of the 2022 Spring/Summer collection
Some don't know but the stylist chose Naples for the presentation shots of her 2022 Spring/Summer collection, with a shooting that took place in the alleys and terraces of our city. Shots imbued with typical Neapolitan folklore, from the lowlands to Vesuvius.
That wasn't the only occasion, as he returned to Naples to visit the MANN he had chosen for his #MirrorTheWorld project, with the aim of stimulating and supporting the creative community from all over the world.
