Free evening of Yoga and holistic wellness within the Mostra d'Oltremare with the masters of Reiki treatments
Summer at the Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples, which has now become a real one Island of the Passions, it is always richer in events and initiatives.
After setting up a free library at the Cubo d'Oro and at the weekly show of the Fontana dell'Esedra, the exhibition is organizing interesting events even on weekdays.
This is the case of the free evening dedicated to wellness and relaxation, thanks to the La Casa della Luna Training School which will offer a free evening of holistic well-being to regain energy balance and relax.
Today, Tuesday 15 July 2014, from 17 to 21, you can undergo Reiki treatments, Yoga, foot reflexology and many other activities that give well-being to the body and soul, moreover in a location that puts us in contact with greenery and nature.
The wellness program will therefore take place within the exhibition together with master Reiki Bartolomeo Fresia and other instructors recognized by ASI, / DBN / DOS, such as Rosanna Varriale and Annamaria Sorbino and Maria Passero.
