MozzarelliAmo is the festival of Campania buffalo mozzarella in Caserta, a party with music and folk dances.
From 26 to 28 May and from 1º to 4 June 2017 a Vaccheria di Caserta the fourth edition of “MozzarelliAmo” will be held, an event dedicated to mozzarella di bufala campana dop, considered the gold of Campania. The event was organized by the Proloco L'antico Borgo di Vaccheria in collaboration with the Municipal Administration of Caserta and the Dairy "Il Casolare".
Giovanni Marino, who was entrusted with the artistic direction of the event, knew recreate a magical atmosphere. For visitors it will seem to take a trip back in time between popular music e traditional dances. Moreover, they will be able to see how the spinning and the mozzarella for the production of the mozzarella happens.
Gastronomic products
In Piazza Madonna delle Grazie will be given ample space for gastronomy where you can taste the real Neapolitan pizza, the one cooked in a wood oven and some stands will be set up in which various Caserta gastronomic companies will take part, including:
