Naples joins solidarity from around the world to help the populations devastated by the earthquake in Nepal
After the horrible earthquake that the 25 April 2015 has devastated Nepal, costing the lives of more than 5000 people and kneeling over 6 millions and 600 thousand inhabitants, the world has mobilized to help the affected populations.
Also Naples has joined the charity operations, organizing numerous city events in order to concretely help the country.
Nepal calls and Naples responds, therefore, by demonstrating solidarity and benevolence to counteract, or at least limit, the tremendous consequences of one of the most serious natural catastrophes in history.
Events at the Teatro San Carlo
Il 6 May 2015, on the occasion of the reply of Luisa Miller, staged by the 5 at the 10 in May, the San Carlo Theater of Naples will make available to employees and company unions (CGIL, CISL, UIL and FIALS), special tickets at the cost of 10 euro. Furthermore, after the show, employees and the public will be able to make further donations at the desks, organized by Agire (Agenzia, Italiana, Servizio Emergenze) and UNICEF - Campania, set up in the theater atrium. The harvest will last until May 10 and the proceeds will be entirely donated to help the populations of Nepal.

Events at the Department of Physics
even the Department of Physics Neapolitan joins the chorus of solidarity for Nepal, through a charity lunch that will take place Thursday 7 May 2015 at the Pendulum of the same structure. Participants can simply have lunch or bring food and drink freely.

Sketch events
The Sketch of Vomero will help Nepal through "4 Nepal Songs", the special musical event that from 2 to 9 May 2015 will donate the entire proceeds of the evenings to the CCS Italia Onlus fund Emergency Earthquake in Nepal. Specifically, all participants will be able to purchase drinks regularly, at no additional cost, whose proceeds will be Donato to CCS charity.
