Starting from 24 January 2023, Royal Palace a new one arrives show of strong impact that runs through an era of destruction followed by a period of fundamental reconstruction for this place. Not just an exhibition, it actually opens a new exhibition space at the famous Neapolitan historic building site inside the Androne delle Carrozze.

Tale area, recently redeveloped and obtained from the opening of the connection between the Cortile d'Onore and the Cortile delle Carrozze, offers a unique opportunity to host an exhibition that allows you to discover in an almost tangible way the history of the Royal Palace during the years of the Second World War and in the following decades.

A wide variety of exhibits will be exhibited selection of reproductions of Photos historical, retrieved from Neapolitan photographic archives, e vintage documents, to tell the events relating exclusively to the Royal Palace during a crucial period of its existence, when i damage caused by war threatened its existence and also when, subsequently, the restorations brought it back to its former glory.

La show offers a unique and unprecedented vision of a building which has represented the heart of the city and its history for centuries. An invitation to discover the transformations undergone by the Royal Palace over the decades and to reflect on its crucial importance in the history of the city and the country.
