5 theaters, 56 shows, a single ticket, a single Metropolitan Small Theaters Network: Politeatro is born in Naples

The first is born in Naples Small Metropolitan Theaters Network, with the aim of bringing the Neapolitan public closer to the theater and creating new synergies between the small cultural realities present on our territory.

Politeatro, this is the name of the initiative, is promoted by the Campania Theater Consortium and will include five small city theaters: Teatro Elicantropo, Theater de Poche, Il Piccolo Bellini, the Tan (Teatro Area Nord) and Start / Interno 5.

Theaters have been chosen among those that have a maximum capacity of 200 seats, a minimum of three years of activity, relationships with local and regional institutions, a prevalently contemporary repertoire, the presence of young companies.

Each theater will continue to have, of course, an autonomous artistic management, and the Network is born to become a place for to innovate the system of relationships and communication between cultural activities, characterizing itself as a single unit able to face the problems related to the problems of the contemporary theater audience. About that Politeatro will develop a single communication system, transport to reach the offices, economic benefits for young people and weaker groups.

These are the strategy implemented to cope with the crisis in the theater sector, and to put the quality of the shows and the spectator's needs at the center of attention:

• Single ticket at the price of 15 euro for each show
• A card / subscription that allows you to attend all the 56 shows of the network to 10 euro (over 30) and 6 euro (under 30)
