For the month of December 2020 Luigi De Magistris has decided to suspend the payment of the blue stripes for some categories of workers!
The Municipality of Naples in agreement with Anm, the Neapolitan Mobility company, has decided to suspend the payment of the blue stripes, in the context of the Coronavirus emergency, only though for some categories of workers.
This was announced by the mayor of Naples, Luigi De Magistris, who through a post on his facebook page announces to citizens the new decision, which, we recall, had already been taken at the beginning of the outbreak of the pandemic.
Probably after the approval of the 2020 budget, this decision it will be extended to all citizens during the holiday season, but is currently only valid for some of them.
Free blue stripes - that's who is eligible
The Municipality of Naples therefore decided on the suspension of payment of the blue stripes until 31 December 2020 for some categories of workers, especially those who are at the forefront of the fight against Coronavirus.
Here are the following:
- Doctors, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists and health professionals
- Journalists
- Local Police and Law Enforcement personnel
- Social workers, public and private, recognized by the Municipal Administration of Naples or by other institutions in charge, acting in the social and health care sector in the territory of the city of Naples
- Volunteers engaged in the distribution of meals and basic necessities to the homeless and the destitute
- Civil protection operators
- Employees of the Municipality of Naples, including LSUs, who use private transport rather than the usual means of transport of the local public service
To take advantage of this facility, simply send an email with a self-certification to the address infoautorizzazione@anm.it indicating the exemption category and the registration number of the vehicle used.
