Limited take-away granted to restaurants, in the new ordinance of the Campania Region. Instead, many other provisions are confirmed.
La new ordinance of the Campania Region, published on the morning of 26 October 2020, confirms almost all the provisions of the previous regional ordinances and the rules set out in the Prime Minister's Decree of 25 October, excluding the procedures for take-away.
In fact, unlike the DPCM, in Campania take-away is allowed until 22.30pm, while home delivery is allowed until 23.00 pm.
As regards the prohibition of travel between provinces, still remains valid and It is strongly not recommended to move between municipalities. Also confirmed the closure of schools, with the exception of those of childhood, and the curfew.
The provisions of the new ordinance
Here is what the valid ordinance provides until the 31 October:
- without prejudice to anything else provided for by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 October 2020, to all catering establishments (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pubs, wineries and the like), from 22,30 it is forbidden to sell with take-away. Catering establishments that ordinarily carry out takeaway activities with delivery to users by car are excluded from the ban, which can carry out their business in compliance with the prevention and safety measures in force, ensuring a remote booking system. Home delivery is however allowed, with the possibility of arranging the departure of the last delivery until 23,00 pm;
- except for nurseries and kindergartens (0-6 years), confirmed the suspension of face-to-face teaching activities for primary and secondary schools, except for the performance of activities intended for pupils suffering from autism spectrum disorders and / or the disabled, whose performance in the presence is allowed, subject to evaluation, by the school, of the specific context conditions. The Regional Crisis Unit is given a mandate to verify, with the ANCI, as of October 31, 2020, the possibility of ordering the reactivation of teaching activities in the presence, even in a differentiated manner on the territory, taking into account the trend of infections on a local and regional scale;
- the suspension of didactic activities and face-to-face verification (exams and verifications) in universities is confirmed, with the exception of those relating to first year students, where already scheduled in the presence of the competent university;
- thejogging activity, when carried out on the promenades, in public parks, in historic centers, and in any case in non-isolated places, it is subject to the time limit: 06,00 - 8,30 hours; in other cases it is allowed without time limits, in any case without prejudice to the distancing obligations provided for by the Prime Minister's Decree of 24 October 2020;
- it is strongly recommended not to leave the municipality of domicile, residence or residence unless strictly necessary. Anyhow, from 23,00 pm to 5.00 am only motivated travel is allowed from proven work needs or situations of necessity or urgency or health reasons.
