To celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the film "We just have to cry", the film will return to the cinema in a restored version
To celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the release of the film Che non ci remained piangere, written, directed and interpreted by the unforgettable Massimo Troisi and from Oscar Prize Roberto Benigni, the Lucky Red production, from the 2 to the 4 March 2015, will exceptionally project the film, in the restored version, in all the cinemas.
When the film was released in 1984, it was immediately a blockbuster, becoming a cult of Italian cinema. The ingredient of success lies in the comic mix of the Troisi Neapolitan scugnizzo and that of the Florentine bischero Benigni.
The title of the film derives from a poem Che non ci remained piangere of the poet Petrarch and is a fun time travel done by the janitor Mario (Troisi) and the teacher Saverio (Benigni).
The couple, unfortunately with the broken down car, decides to spend the night in an inn. Upon awakening, they both find themselves catapulted into another era. During the trip meet various characters that have changed the course of history, including the genius Leonardo da Vinci and the navigator Cristoforo Colombo.
A film all to laugh, but also a bitter reflection on history.
Remember to go and see it, I, as Troisi would say, I sign it!
