The Royal Palace of Carditello is the setting for the 2017 Tammorra Night between popular music and traditional dance stages: admission is free!
La Palace of Carditello, reopened to the public in the 2016, returns to live with a series of concerts by local artists. The 29 and 30 September 2017 it's the turn of the Night of Tammorra, manifestation a free entry curated by Carlo Faiello.
Streets and squares of the town of San Tammaro will come alive with the sound of tammorra beats. Between popular music and traditional dances we will go to the discovery of local folklore roots. On stage, in addition to the masters of the traditional instrument, there will also be exponents of the folk scene Campania.
These include the Briganti Band, the Popolar Song and the Bottari Pastellessa Sound Group. Next to traveling paranze and at the shows, they will also be organized stage of tarantella and tammurriata, typical Neapolitan dances. Other artists participating in the event are Antonella Morea, historical voice of Roberto De Simone, Fiorenza Calogero, Emanuela De Vivo and Marcello Colasurdo.
