Here are all the provisions of the new DPCM including prohibitions, curfews, closures and concessions: Campania is in the yellow zone.

Il new DPCM by the Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, who regulates the closures of shops, schools, public transport and curfews in the various Italian regions, comes into force from 5 November and is valid until 3 December 2020.

The regions are classified according to the level of risk and are divided into red areas, orange areas and yellow areas. Campania is part of the yellow regions. Depending on whether you belong to one of these divisions, the provisions for the relevant area automatically take effect. Obviously in the red areas the risk level is high, in the orange areas it is intermediate and in the yellow areas it is moderate.

The decree, in any case, provides national measures, therefore valid throughout Italy, and differentiated measures for each region according to the area of ​​belonging. The national measures are valid until 3 December, while those for each range 2 weeks and may vary from time to time depending on the varying level of risk.

National measures: curfew, schools, transport

  • The curfew starts at 22.00 until 5.00. Transfers will be allowed only for proven work needs, for health reasons and for situations of necessity, all validated by self-certification;
  • Restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pizzerias, pubs and other catering establishments close at 18pm. Afterwards, only catering with home delivery and take-away is allowed with prohibition to consume on the spot or nearby. Food and beverage stores in service and refueling areas on highways, hospitals and airports remain open, as do industries.
  • For public transport local on wheels and tires, la maximum capacity allowed is 50%;
  • Museums, theaters and cinemas remain closed;
  • Shopping centers closed on weekends;
  • Regarding the school, distance learning will automatically start from high school, except for activities with disabled minors.

Regions in the yellow zone

  • Campania, Abruzzo, Basilicata, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Marche, Molise, the Province of Trento and Bolzano, Sardinia, Tuscany, Umbria and Veneto;
  • Distance learning 100% only for high school students. Preschool, elementary and middle schools. In Campania, due to a regional ordinance, all schools are closed, from infancy to high school and the DAD proceeds;
  • In Campania it is forbidden to move between the provinces, if not for proven reasons, and the curfew starts at 22.00, as in all of Italy;
  • Open shops. Shopping centers closed on weekends and holidays, except pharmacies, food shops, tobacconists and newsagents;
  • Bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants open until 18.00. From 18.00 pm, take-away and home deliveries are allowed until 22.00 pm;
  • Closed museums, cinemas and theaters;
  • Qualifications and competitions suspended;
  • Shopping centers closed on weekends and holidays;
  • Gyms and swimming pools closed. Motor activities allowed outdoors. Specifically, in Campania it can be done jogging on the promenades, in public parks, in historic centers and in other non-isolated places from 6.00 am to 8.30 pm. In all other places that are not crowded there are no time restrictions;
  • Open hairdressers and beauticians.

Regions in the orange zone

  • The orange zone includes Puglia and Sicily;
  • Distance learning 100% only for high school. Preschool, elementary and middle schools.
  • Prohibition of movement into and out of the territories, unless there are proven reasons. Once they are allowed to return to their town of domicile or residence, they can accompany their children to school;
  • Bars, pastry shops and restaurants are always closed. Takeaway is allowed until 22.00pm;
  • Open shops. Shopping centers closed on weekends and holidays, except pharmacies, food shops, tobacconists and newsagents
  • Open hairdressers and beauticians;
  • Gyms and swimming pools closed. Motor activities allowed outdoors;
  • Closed museums, cinemas and theaters.

Regions in the red zone

  • Calabria, Lombardy, Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta;
  • Prohibition of inbound and outbound movements both from other regions and between provinces and municipalities of the same region. Therefore, total blocking of mobility, except for reasons of work, health and needs proven by self-certification, but you are allowed to return to your municipality of domicile or residence and you can accompany your children to school. He allowed walks near his home. For each movement, theself-certification, also to move within the municipality;
  • Restaurants, bars, pizzerias and other catering businesses are closed to the public. Only take away is allowed until 22.00pm;
  • All shops that do not sell essential goods closed. Supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, laundries and newsagents are open. Markets closed;
  • Only industries, activities related to crafts, construction and services are open;
  • Distance teaching from middle school onwards;;
  • Sports activity suspended in outdoor centers;
  • Closed museums, cinemas and theaters;
  • Open hairdressers, closed beauticians;
  • Closed swimming pools and gyms. You can do physical activity near your home, individually and outdoors.
