Astronomical observations, workshops and wine and taralli tastings at the “Le Stelle di Scampia” event!
The July 19 2016 will be held at the hill of Scampia park, the "Stelle di Scampia" event, promoted by the association Astronomitaly in collaboration with the "L'Uomo e il Legno" social cooperative.
An entire evening in which you will have the opportunity to observe the Moon, the stars and the Milky Way with the telescope and the guidance of experts, such as astrophysics Claudia Antolini.
Participants will also be able to take pictures from the telescope with your smartphone, photos that can be printed immediately from a special location. Instead, in bad weather you will take advantage of a Full HD 3D projector to take a virtual trip to the Universe in 3D, exploring planets of the Solar System and galaxies.
Thanks to "We value Scampia", project co-financed by the Foundation with the South, the neighborhood will live an interesting and unique experience with an awareness campaign on the themes of culture, science and social inclusion.
Furthermore, there will be an educational workshop, a cake design course "Pasticciando Under The Stars" and the entertainment of Felice Morra with his music-theatrical group the “Detto Tra Noi”, who will enliven the event with ancient popular songs, villanelle, “postegge” and “serenades”.
Finally, there will be a tasting of organic wine and tarallucci for adults, "Molecola" cola and chips for the little ones.
