Sounds of bells, images and plays of lights will make the Bell and Sonus concert in Naples for Easter exciting!
Inserted in the rich program of events for Easter, theThe 27 March 2016 will host the Campana and Sonus concert a Piazza del Gesù in Naples.
The show will see as protagonists 25 bronze bells intonate that, accompanied by many small bronze bells and other types of bells also in iron and brass, percussions, metals and images, will give life to a universal musical sound.
These bells will toll in unison with the neighboring bell towers, which connected to the stage, will propose listening to songs from the Middle Ages, since in this period the church bells were introduced in Europe, up to authors such as Palestrina and Reich.
Through pressing sounds, games of lights and images, the vision of a will be reproduced glowing river of the cast bronze, from which the bells will be forged. A suggestive and exciting setting for those who will participate.
The event was born from the collaboration of Percussioni Ketoniche with the Pontifical Marinelli Foundry of Agnone, support of the research project on the production of modern sound, characterized by electric instruments and computer aids.
