Great pasta festival on the beach of Marina del Cantone with the Pastificio di Gragnano and many excellent dishes prepared by chefs!
Tuesday June 19 2018 there will be a big one pasta festival on the beach of Marina del Cantone, in Massa Lubrense, and will be open to all those who want to taste the fantastic dishes prepared with Gragnano pasta.
In fact, the event is organized by Consortia Pasta of Gragnano PGI e AmoNerano and will see the participation of the best restaurants in Nerano which, with the help of 14 chefs, they will prepare 14 unique dishes with different pasta shapes. This huge open-air kitchen, on the beach and lapped by the sea, will be a wonderful opportunity to welcome the summer and experience a glamorous evening of Mediterranean cuisine.
14 stations will be installed in each of which there will be restaurant and pasta factory that will prepare dishes using the products of the Sorrento peninsula, between those of the garden and those of the sea. There will also be a place for celiacs, dedicated entirely to gluten-free and all the participants will be able to use the water from the water supply for free, to avoid plastic waste. In addition, 150 boys will receive free water bottles for free.
