Piazza Garibaldi: from today changes to the traffic of the area for pedestrians and motorists
From this morning at 6 in Piazza Garibaldi was the traffic has been modified due to the enlargement work on the Grandi Stazioni site for the construction of a new parking lot.
The change will result in the elimination of the central path of the square reserved for pedestrians and the displacement of the Anm bus terminus from the area below the Hotel Cavour. THE pedestrians who will therefore have to take the bus, will be able to use the new pedestrian crossing in front of Mc Donald's and walk the sidewalk to the right of the central station (having the station behind)
For circulation dcars and vehicles, as we read from the website of the Municipality of Naples:
With regard to vehicle circulation, who comes from Corso Lucci and must go to Corso Umberto I, will have to head on Corso Novara, turn left and merge onto via Milano and then turn left again.
For those coming from Corso Umberto by car and must go in the direction of Corso Novara will have to cover the whole square up to the left turn close to the station area.
Agents of the municipal police will patrol Piazza Garibaldi from today to give information to pedestrians and vehicles on the new rules of traffic in the area.
