The decision of the TAR in Campania provides for the return of the class for the fourth and fifth grade and it is almost certain also the return for the middle school.
Il Tar of Campania pronounced about the back to school in our Region, specifically in relation to primary school, declaring that our school activity can adapt to national provisions.
For this reason, from January 21, 2021, the fourth and fifth elementary grades will return to school, while the decision is postponed until January 23 at the latest as regards the middle School, even if the return would be scheduled for January 25th. In fact, until that day, the activities in the presence are suspended, as happened so far.
for high school the decision will be made after January 23, depending on the results of the verifications of the Crisis Unit. The Campania Region has announced that very soon aorder which will summarize the decisions relating to the school and it will always be the right of the mayors and the local health authorities to make different decisions related to the territorial contexts.
