Rolex Capri Sailing Week 2018: the Regatta dei tre Golfi starts from Naples
The Rolex Capri Sailing Week 2018 will host the 64 edition of the Three Gulfs Regatta: the historic sailing competition starts from Naples.
From 11 to 19 May 2018 between Naples and Capri will host the Rolex Capri Sailing Week that, among the competitions, will host this year 64 ° edition of the Regata dei tre Golfi. As usual, the start of the Regatta is set at midnight and will leave from Castel dell'Ovo Friday 11 May ending in Capri. The week will continue in Capri with regattas on buoys valid for the National Tirreno Championship, coastal regattas and buoys of the Maxi Capri Trophy and Mylius Cup.
Regatta of the three Gulfs
They are 150 the knit that the participants will have to travel, starting from the Catel dell'Ovo and turning Ponza and then return to Punta Campanella, turn the islets de Li Galli and cross the finish line a Capri. For classic and classic boats there is a short route: the island of Ventotene will turn, instead of Ponza, subtracting the 40 miles route.
