A satirical and pungent monologue on the current political and social situation written and interpreted by Sabina Guzzanti
The pungent satire of Sabina Guzzanti return to Naples with the show How we came out of it, on stage at Teatro Bellini il 27 and 28 November 2015.
After finishing his feature film Negotiation, Guzzanti decided to put up an exhilarating satirical monologue who examined the current political and social situation through his unmistakable ironic, comic and incisive style.
We are in the future, a finally happy and peaceful future, where a woman, SabnaQƒ2, is about to deliver a speech to celebrate the conclusion of the darkest historical period that humanity has gone through, known as "The century of shit", the one that goes from 1990 to 2041. The celebrations are necessary in order not to forget what happened in those terrible years and to avoid the risk that history could repeat itself. In fact, in recent years, men and women have fallen very low, through frustration, ignorance, misery, hours and hours spent fighting on Facebook and watching idiotic programs.
There is only one way to prevent this period from happening again. Carefully analyzing the television of the time, its leaders, economic and political beliefs, historical passages and examining a gallery of contemporary characters, which will also allow viewers to reflect on their present through healthy and liberating laughter.
