In Casapesenna, the Sagra del Bufalotto and Asprinio 2017 celebrates its tenth anniversary with typical products and popular music!
La festival of the bufalotto and the 2017 asprinio wine a Casapesenna, in the province of Caserta, will celebrate the 29 and 30 July its own decennial, between typical products and popular music.
The event, organized by the cultural association Pro Loco Casapesenna with the collaboration of the municipal administration, will take place in the Legality Park.
The festival of the bufalotto and the asprinio wine has always been so successful between the agri-averrano and the Neapolitan and is ready to consolidate an already solid tradition of the typical products of those lands.
The products and attractions of the festival
In fact, many dishes will be served mozzarella and buffalo meat, which will be accompanied by the precious asprinio wine, products acclaimed internationally.
The buffalo meat is loved, in fact, above all for its low fat content and for its nutritional intake, while the buffalo mozzarella is a true queen of traditional cuisine and the wine asprinio is much appreciated by winemakers and connoisseurs, so much so that it has obtained the DOC mark in the 1993.
To cheer the two evenings there will be also music and folk dances with the group of the A 'via perruni, while children can have fun with rides and various games.
