Summer has now arrived and outdoor appointments are becoming more and more numerous. Among these there is also the 2017 Porcini Mushroom Festival in Montoro, in the province of Avellino. The party, organized by the Le Sei Torri Cultural Association, will take place 7 from July to 9 2017.
The king of the event will naturally be the porcini mushroom, one of the best known and appreciated varieties for its unmistakable taste. We will go to the discovery of the food and wine richness of the territory also through others typical products and traditional flavors.
There are several dishes that can be tasted first courses and meat based on porcini mushrooms, but also sandwich with sausage and village outlines, all accompanied by irpino wine doc.
The evenings will be animated by folk and Latin American music. For children there will be a special area where they can have fun.
