Now in its twenty-ninth edition, the Mugnano del Cardinale Pig Festival will be an event dedicated to local flavors and traditions.
Mugnano Cardinal will host the 29ma edition of the 2018 Pork Festival. The event will be held on 6 and the 7 October in the central Square Umberto I, near the Sanctuary of Santa Filomena. The Maria Santissima delle Grazie Feast Committee, with the collaboration of the Municipal Administration, has taken care of everything down to the smallest detail to allow citizens and tourists to spend two evenings dedicated to the rediscovery of local flavors and traditions.
Over the years, the Pork Festival has become a veritable festival of knowledge and flavors, capable of giving great prestige to the town of Avellino. There will be numerous gourmet also coming from the Neapolitan, as well as an itinerary entirely dedicated to the famous pig.
Citizens and tourists can taste delicious recipes, prepared with a lot of passion by authentic artisans from the world of cooking.
