The Vaccheria Mozzarella Festival in Caserta with lots of music to celebrate the Gold of Campania!
From 9 to 12 June 2016 the third edition of the event will take place "MozzarelliAmo”In piazza Madonna delle Grazie, a locality of Vaccheria di Caserta.
The event was organized by Proloco L'Antico Borgo di Vaccheria, in collaboration with the dairy “Il Casolare”. Several stands will be set up in the square, where the Caserta gastronomic companies will offer their typical products, and a wood-burning oven where you can buy the real Pizza.
The artistic director, Giovanni Marino, expects a large turnout both from the people of Campania and from the surrounding regions. The Borgo della Vaccheria will be surrounded by a magical atmosphere, where music and folk dances will be the background to the celebration of the buffalo mozzarella from Campania, which is considered by all to be "The Gold of Campania".
The evenings have been organized in such a way that visitors, in addition to tasting the excellent products, will also be able to admire the spinning and mozzatura, essential operations for the production of mozzarella.
